These Terms of Use govern your use of SetupMyCompany (the "Service"), operated by Boring Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 67 671 943 758). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

SetupMyCompany is an independent Australian directory of company registration. We profile providers for research purposes using publicly available information. We are not a company-registration ourselves, do not provide company-registration services, and do not act as a broker, agent, or referral partner for any provider. There is no quote-matching tool, lead form, or enquiry funnel on this site.

2. No provider endorsement

Listings and rankings reflect our editorial methodology (see /methodology). We do not warrant the quality, legality, fitness for purpose, or outcome of any listed provider's services. You are responsible for verifying a provider's credentials, quotes, and suitability before engaging them. Always confirm a provider's current registration directly with the relevant Australian regulator (AHPRA, TPB, MARA, ASIC, ACARA, or equivalent) before booking.

3. Consumer use

Information on this site is provided for research only and does not constitute professional advice. Where you choose to contact a provider, that engagement is between you and the provider directly — we are not party to it.

4. Provider claims and corrections

Providers wishing to correct, update, or request removal of their listing can email [email protected]. We do not charge providers for inclusion, position, or removal. We do not accept payment to feature, rank, or promote any provider.

5. Content + IP

All site content (articles, methodology, editorial commentary) is owned by Boring Ventures Pty Ltd. Provider names, logos, fee schedules and credentials remain the property of their respective owners and are reproduced for editorial commentary under fair-dealing principles. The pricing dataset at /llms-full.txt is licensed CC BY 4.0; reuse requires attribution to SetupMyCompany.

6. Disclaimer + limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude all warranties (express or implied) regarding provider performance, service outcomes, or the accuracy of listed information. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to AUD $100.

7. Indemnity

You indemnify us against any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these terms or your dealings with providers listed on the site.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms by posting updates here. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
